Natural Lifemanship Trauma Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy TM is not talk therapy. It is an experiential model of therapy in which you engage in changing your behaviors in the moment as they are happening. The focus is on developing healthy, connected relationships between you and others. This journey begins with learning how to develop a healthy, connected relationship with yourself then with a horse you choose. The same skills and principles that you learn in your relationship with your equine partner will apply to all your human relationships. In TF-EAP TM you will develop new skills and new ways of thinking and being.
